Instructions to make Healthy Moong Dal Chilla:

  1. Take 100gram Moong dal & wash it clean and soak it for half an hour and then remove the water. Add 1no green chilli & 1Inch ginger &Salt powder as per taste & add required amount of water for making moong dal batter..
  2. Take 1Carrot grated & Half cup coconut grated as flower & Required amount of coriander leaves and add required amount of salt powder as per taste. Mix it all. Finally the stuffing is ready in heart shape in my own way....
  3. Take a bowl & Add 2Table spoon Rice flour &2 Table spoon gram flour and 1/4th Table spoon Turmeric powder & 1/2Table spoon Red chilli powder & add required amount of salt powder as per taste & 2 or 3Spoon water enough for making as paste consistency.soak it all for 5minutes. Flours & masala mixture is ready....
  4. Put the soaked moong dal in a mixing jar and grind well....
  5. Moong dal batter and flours mixture is ready.. Add flour mixtures in moong dal batter. Take and add required amount of Gingelly oil for making moong dal chilla in non-stick pan..
  6. Take a empty non-stick dosa pan on gas stove and apply little quantity of gingelly oil in pan. pour little bit of moong dal batters taking in bigspoon and pour it in non-stick pan and spread stuffing on top of the "Moong dal chilla" for garnishing and press it slowly and heat on medium flame & turn over on another side & heat it....and take it....
  7. Finally the "Healthy Moong Dal Chilla" is ready to serve for tomato chutney...(If you want to make any spicy garlic chutney and touch and eat with "Moong Dal Chilla"... "Healthy Moong Dal Chilla"is ready......
